Contains correspondence, clippings, financial statements, legal documents, etc., concerning the operation of the Delta Queen Steamboat by the Greene Line Steamers and later by the Delta Queen Steamboat Company. The collection is primarily the files of Richard Simonton and William Muster, but it also contains information on Betty Blake, Letha Greene, Edwin Quinby, the "Save the Delta Queen" campaign, the Steamboat Employees Union, the building of the Mississippi Queen, and a lawsuit with Seapax over a waste water treatment system. There are also some architectural drawings of the Delta Queen. Included is a finding aid written by Nori Muster.

The Delta Queen Steamboat began operating in 1927 in California. The Greene Line Steamers purchased the ship in 1946. In 1958 Richard C. Simonton, Edwin Quinby and Jack Quinby purchased controlling interest of the Delta Queen, but the Greene Line continued to operate the ship.
